This project involved a detailed analysis of ChiHockeyNow's content strategy and website performance. The goal was to align ChiHockeyNow’s digital presence with the needs of its user base, transforming insights into actionable recommendations to enhance engagement and usability.
In this project, I conducted an in-depth analysis of the ChiHockeyNow website to determine how well its content and structure aligned with the audience's needs. By focusing on website genre conventions and user-centered principles, I evaluated the tone, language, and accessibility of content, making recommendations for clearer user engagement. I applied content strategy theory to real-world issues, analyzing information layout, navigational design, and visual consistency to create a user-centered approach that prioritized audience satisfaction.
This project required adapting my communication style to various platforms, resulting in a comprehensive website analysis, social media assets, and a pitch deck, showcasing my ability to develop clear, actionable strategies in digital media.
